Goods delivery and shipping schedule

Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched the same day. Depending on your selected delivery method, goods normally arrive within 4-5 working days of ordering (but usually much sooner!) - We do recommend however, that you contact us if you have not received your products after 7 working days quoting your specific order details and we will investigate any possible delay.

Product Guarantee

To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a refund (minus 20% of item cost and postage if applicable).

When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at any Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

At present we prefer to ship goods only to UK locations

Our delivery charges are:-

£1.30 for 2nd Class
£1.60 for 1st Class
£1.90 for 1st Class Recorded
+£1.09 for each additional item
